All the lots marked with an asterisk (“*”) included in the catalogues are prohibited from being taken away from China, according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Cultural Relics.
For buyers of the 30th China Guardian Quarterly Auction, preferential commissions are now available: 13.5 percent of the hammer price and other expenses before July 3, 2012 (included), and 14 percent between July 4 and 18, 2012 (included).
This offer cannot be combined or used with other discounts or any promotional offers, and the buyers have to make full payments in a lump sum before collecting the items.
Since China Guardian gives no guarantee for the authenticity and/or quality of the lots, the buyer and/or his/her agents shall inspect and investigate the actual status regarding the lots and take liability for his/her bidding.

1. Lot 289, Lot 380, Lot 383, Lot 391, Lot 432, Lot 433 have been withdrawn.
2. The size of Lot 67 should be 46×34 cm
3. Lot 379: the estimate should read: RMB 130,000-180,000
4. Lot 481: the size should be 66×39 cm
