All the lots marked with an asterisk (“*”) included in the catalogues are prohibited from being taken away from China, according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Cultural Relics.
For buyers of the 30th China Guardian Quarterly Auction, preferential commissions are now available: 13.5 percent of the hammer price and other expenses before July 3, 2012 (included), and 14 percent between July 4 and 18, 2012 (included).
This offer cannot be combined or used with other discounts or any promotional offers, and the buyers have to make full payments in a lump sum before collecting the items.
Since China Guardian gives no guarantee for the authenticity and/or quality of the lots, the buyer and/or his/her agents shall inspect and investigate the actual status regarding the lots and take liability for his/her bidding.

1. Lot 1569, Lot 1589, Lot 1703, Lot 1922 have been withdrawn.
2. Lot 1984: The artist should be Hai Rui (1514-1587).
3. Lot 1989: The size should be various sizes.
