1. Lot 28 Qi Baishi ‘Monk’ has an additional illustration: Complete Collection of Qi Baishi, Art Book Co., Ltd., 1973, p.136.
2. Lot 87 Yu Youren ‘Five-Character Poem in Running Script’, the recipient, Shenyi, is the wife of Lu Dangping.
3. Lot 169 Ding Yanyong ‘Portrait and Abstract has an additional illustration:
New Asia Art, Volume 4, New Asia College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Illustration3, 1965.
4. Lot 216 Lu Yifei and Wu Hufan ‘Mandarin Duck’: the texture should be ink and colour on silk.
5. Lot 306 Wang Zhen, ‘Standing Portrait of Chung K’uei’ was completed in the year gengshen, 1920. Please refer to the Chinese text for further details.
6. The illustrations of Lot 319 and Lot 323 have been removed.
7. The images of Lot 333 and Lot 334 in the catalogue have been misplaced. Please refer to the original auction properties for their details.
