For clients who wish to bid on Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, are required to obtain a shape paddle. The
shape paddle is valid for bidding on auction Lots of other categories except Chinese Painting and Calligraphy. China Guardian will also provide real time online bidding service for sessions below. Clients can bid online for Lots except that are forbidden to be exported with a
mark on the catalogue or announced before the auction. Clients who wish to bid online follow the “Online Biding Rule” of the China Guardian.
According to the laws and regulations of the People‘s Republic of China, the lots listed on the catalogues with a mark or announced to be export forbidden Lots, cannot be exported.
In the payment of any purchase made by the Buyer during the 47th China Guardian Quarterly Auctions before and up to and including the Oct 11, 2016, the commission of the Buyer will be charged 13.5% of the Hammer Price, and from the Oct 12, 2016 and up to Oct 26, 2016, the commission of the Buyer will be charged 14% of the Hammer Price. This preferential policy will terminate on the Oct 27, 2016. Any deduction between the Buyer’s payment and the Seller‘s payment shall not apply to this preferential policy. The Buyer may not collect the Lot without full payment.
During the auction, the Buyer can contact the respective department to collect the Lot at the storehouse of the auction site. From Sept 27, 2016, the Buyer please goes to the headquarters of the China Guardian to get the Lot.
