This session provides live online budding service. Bidders who purchase Lots via live online bidding should abide by the company’s Conditions of Online Bidding.
According to the rules in the Act of the Preservation of Cultural Relics Promulgated by the People’s Republic of China, the Lots that are forbidden to be exported listed in the catalogue book or in the announcements before the auctions.
For the payment of any purchase made by the Buyer during the China Guardian 2016 Autumn Auctions, before and up to and including 1st of December 2016, the Buyer will be charged a commission of 13.5% of the Hammer Price, and from 2rd of December and up to and including 16th of December, the commission of the Buyer will be charged at 14% of the Hammer Price. This preferential policy will terminate on 17th December. Any deduction between the Buyer’s payment and the Seller’s payment shall not apply to this preferential policy. The Buyer purchased Lot may not be collected by the Buyer until full payment has been settled.
Please note the following information regarding the sale of Fine and Rare Kweichou Mou-tai Chiew for China Guardian’s 2016 Autumn Auctions:
1. Lot 3943 2006 original case Fei-tian Mao-tai Chiew, should be 2000.
2. Lot 3953 1985 original case Five Stars Mao-tai Chiew, should be 12 bottles of 540ml.
3. Lot 3973 Bronze Vessels Mao-tai Chiew Set, the detail description of ten Bronze vessels is incorrect, please take the photos as standard.
In case of discrepancy between Chinese and English versions of the Important Notice, the Chinese version shall prevail.
